I went to go talk to the buisness to see what can be done because not only are they ripped but cost alot of money so i decided to inform hem on what was happening and they responded back with there is nothing i cant do i dont want to sound like a karen but i think this is not my fault or the employes fault i think they should organized there returning policy better because these are expensive shoes and one would think that they would last alot of time mind you these are paltform shoes probably used them twice in a month they ahould be sturdy just wanted to inform.
