  During my recent visit last Sunday on Mothers day I encountered an incident that left me deeply concerned about the store’s environment and employee conduct. After an associate assisted me with a fitting room I overheard him say, “I hate immigrants” Regardless of who the comment was directed at such language is discriminatory unprofessional and completely unacceptable. He was a brown skin man with braids which surprised me why he would make this comment. It created an unwelcoming atmosphere and ruined what should have been a simple shopping trip.

  They have better pricing in stores than online. Even gave coupons and cash for next time I came in

  Jailyn at the Calvin Klein store in Katy Mills Mall was amazing. She helped my wife and me find the perfect outfits for our date night and was incredibly patient as we tried different styles. She made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable, and it’s exactly why I keep coming back to this location. Great service all around!

  Had a great experience shopping at this place all because of Matthew’s impeccable service. He is the best sales person I have ever met. He helped me pick the right styles, gave me great options to try and offers to make it even more attractive. Will surely visit again to shop with Matthew!
