  The absolute worst!!! The employee ordered the wrong colored jeans when all i asked was a size exchange so when i came back telling her i was delivered the wrong color of jeans they said “we cant order the jeans u want its sold out”. I checked online and it was available. She didnt even offer a price match or anything. I got those jeans on sale for $35. I asked for a gfit card and she refused and said its just gonna go back to the card. I PAID $35 FOR THE JEANS ALL I NEEDED WAS A SIZE EXCHANGE BUT THEY MESSED THAT UP AND THEN WONT ORDER THE SAME JEANS ONLINE WHICH ARE AVAILABLE ONLINE BECAUSE ON “there end its sold out” THEN WONT PRICE MATCH OR GIVE ME STORE CREDIT!!!! They messed my my entire purchase and i had to repurchase the jeans for $68!!! The big lady who gave me such a hard time was Kaitlyn and i didnt get the name of the girl who RUINED my whole order. Kaitlyn had such a nasty attitude after i told her how they messed up order and took 0 accountability. DO NOT GO HERE

  I made a return today at the Katy Mills location. I made the online purchase at Memorial Mall & didn’t bring the online slip during my return (because I don’t need it) & was given a hard time to return a $27 pair of jeans. After waiting patiently in line for 15 mins, I was told that I needed the order number for my return. I explained that I don’t have the order number, but I had my email. I work in retail management & I worked at AE specifically 16 yrs ago, you don’t need an order number to return your order if you’re a member & have the email address or number you used to make the purchase & I’ve been a member since 2013 at least. During the interaction I asked the representative if he could just scan the item to see the order & he says he needs the order number. By this time I’ve already shared my telephone number & my account is on the pin pad. I explained that I could pull up my order number, but I would need to download my yahoo email app & it would take a moment. After I download the app he “finds” my order & processed the return. I’m filing a complaint with AE & leaving this review for the store. I didn’t need to download the app or provide an order number to process my return. I don’t like the way I was treated for no good reason.
