  This is by far the most terrible experience I have ever had! Customer service did not exist! These people were like Goth zombies! Nobody bothered greeting me or saying goodbye! You are the face of the company when people walk I your store greet them!!!! Maybe it’s because I was the only black customer! The entire Dead staff snarled at me! I was never asked is everything ok may I help you find anything nothing but dead silence! I need the owner to get in contact with me ASAP! I will be calling Fox News as well! Location is in Irving Texas 7631 N MacArthur Blvd!

  For a book lover like myself, Half Price Books is a godsend. Stafff are always friendly, great prices and a large selection of books. Its like a treasure hunt when you go - you never know what you'll find and I take joy in that.

  I shop at nearly all the Half Price book stores in the DFW area and I noticed that the prices for Black artist’s music is almost double the price of other stores and other artist music being sold. Considering this is the majority of the music genre I purchase, it’s not just my imagination. I feel management should look into this. The staff has always been friendly and has great customer service. This is just weird to me and oddly noticeable.
