  Omg I would like to start off by saying the nerve of how some people think they can act in public…. I unfortunately had to witness in the store yesterday a woman and her husband that was shopping acting so nasty and ugly and rude and loud with vulgar language that I was subjected to. like how does adults go out in public and act like this, and in front of their child, no less . all I know is the people that work at that store God bless them because they have to deal with people like that all the time I’m sure, and the workers handled that whole ugly situation beautifully the workers there were extremely nice and understanding even after that family was asked to leave after their outburst and screaming and cussing. Those young ladies held themselves up, like true young women they should be proud of themselves because I don’t think I would’ve been able to control myself to be spoken and treated like those customers treated one of the workers there like oh my gosh, I would highly recommend going there to shop because those women truly work hard to give good service . Great job ladies!!!!!!!!

  I had the unfortunate experience of witnessing an inappropriate and unprofessional interaction between the manager Rachel, and a customer. Today 5/17/26, as I was shopping I seen and heard the manager escalate a situation by taunting and inappropriately speaking to a customer in a manner that bordered abusive. Rachel, the manager had such a bad attitude and the tone in which she used was extremely condescending and concerning to me as a consumer that such behavior from a manager would occur. I felt really bad for the couple and their children who had to experience this. I left immediately after I witnessed Rachel rudely tell the father "you can buy a dress somewhere else" and to leave. Rachel even went as far as to waive her hand at the entire family with her hand gesturing bye! I cannot stress it enough that Rachel was so sarcastic and unprofessional. A manager should be trained to address all situations professionally and not display a lack of self control. After reading some of the reviews regarding this specific location, it appears this is a common occurrence and I think Windsor Corporate should take this serious to avoid losing customers due to bad management. Windsor please do better!

  What should have been a simple and joyful shopping trip for my daughter turned into an unnecessarily hostile and uncomfortable situation due to the conduct of the store manager, Rachel. While assisting my daughter in the fitting area, I briefly asked my husband to look at a dress she was trying on. Rachel approached us with an unnecessarily sarcastic tone to inform us that men were not allowed in the fitting area. We immediately respected the policy. The issue was not the rule itself, but the attitude and delivery. Afterward, my husband and I discussed the policy between ourselves. We were not speaking to Rachel, yet she appeared offended simply because we were talking about the store’s rules. Instead of focusing on her responsibilities, she continued to insert herself into the situation. She was literally listening to us behind dresses. When we selected a dress and proceeded to check out, an employee named Esmeralda began assisting us. She was polite and professional at first. However, Rachel again inserted herself without reason. I calmly asked if Esmeralda could complete the transaction due to our earlier interaction. Rachel refused, stating, "I’m the manager," and then stood there refusing to ring up the dress. She was staring at tge dress and made it clear it was a power trip on her end. At one point, she even **snatched the dress off the counter and moved it to the back table**, preventing me from seeing the name or details of the dress. This was unnecessary, retaliatory, and clearly intended to escalate the situation. When we asked why she was behaving this way, she abruptly told us, "No. You can leave." My husband asked if she was truly refusing to sell the dress, and she responded, "She can find another. Leave." This was retaliatory, inappropriate, and a clear abuse of authority. A manager should never escalate a situation or deny service over a personal issue she created. Her behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and unacceptable for someone in a leadership role. To make matters worse, both Rachel and Esmeralda began waving and taunting as we left. I have photos and videos documenting this behavior . I have already requested that this incident be reviewed immediately. Families should not be treated this way, and no customer should experience hostility or retaliation from a store manager.
