- PTPriyasha ThapaMar 27, 20251.0When I came in last time there was a different sales associate and she did an amazing job explaining everything. I ended up buying 2 pairs happily. This time I came in to exchange a pair and there was a different staff and she had 0 hospitality, didn’t even give a slight smile to make us feel welcome. She just looked annoyed while we were simply trying to figure out what sunglasses to get and even while on the procedure to get it exchanged, gave off a mean vibe so we just ended up not getting it done with her. Hate to be a Karen and post a review like this but do better while training your people if you value your customers, Sunglasses hut and Macys, whoever this mishap is concerned to.
