She was incredibly easy to talk to, very knowledgeable about the products, and made the entire process simple and enjoyable. There was no pressure at all — just great conversation, helpful guidance, and excellent customer service. You can tell she truly cares about creating a positive experience for customers. One of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a long time.

The lady at the counter was not properly trained and could not figure out how to initiate the return. She was clearly frustrated and I get bad for her. I blame management for this oversight.
