- MAMike AAug 16, 20265.0My brother Mitch lost our fantasy football league, so his task was a full portrait session in a pink tutu, and he walked through the entire store and up the escalators of JCPenney to get to the studio. The customer service at the JCPenney in the northeast mall is terrific. Cheryl and the team did not flinch for one second. Total professionals. She directed him like a real ballerina, and got 30 genuinely great shots. They promised to post them online and asked to have him come back or go to a different location to finish his photos for our league, please let us know when we can do this! Their communication before and after were awesome and their customer service is terrific. Worth every penny. Ask for Cheryl, she’s a good sport and a great photographer. JCP rocks!!
