  My brother Mitch lost our fantasy football league, so his task was a full portrait session in a pink tutu, and he walked through the entire store and up the escalators of JCPenney to get to the studio. The customer service at the JCPenney in the northeast mall is terrific. Cheryl and the team did not flinch for one second. Total professionals. She directed him like a real ballerina, and got 30 genuinely great shots. They promised to post them online and asked to have him come back or go to a different location to finish his photos for our league, please let us know when we can do this! Their communication before and after were awesome and their customer service is terrific. Worth every penny. Ask for Cheryl, she’s a good sport and a great photographer. JCP rocks!!

  We went here for the big and tall section. It was limited and expensive. But there are very few stores that have any at all. Got a couple t shirts.

  The store now has an upscale look. There are sales and a wide selection of clothing available. If you're a Penny's credit card holder, you can recieve discount offers in your mail.

  Horrible went with my sister to buy stuff went upstairs to see the mark down items they far from rang up what tags read on them let me say I don’t need nothing for free or I would not be in that store period this Indian lady at register comes across and says yes they switched the tags I said excuse me she walked off the manager came down young girl I stated we did not switch the tags and I don’t appreciate her remark she didn’t say a word I said your a manager and don’t seek to care so put everything at counter and walk off said don’t need anything first off this store is not ever busy you have so many stores at north east mall to buy from I won’t and will not accept we switched tags go watch the video and let me know that happened shame on pennys for allowing people to work like this

  I bought a white gold necklace from a couple of years ago and bought the protection plan. The protection plan is still good today. My necklace broke and decided to take it here. I have the original receipt for the necklace (tag it came with) and paperwork for my protection plan. I had two ladies trying to help me including a supervisor, and they said it was not the same necklace. Which is wild because it is the same necklace (spending over $400)! They claim it is over 24 inches on my necklace and they dont sell anything over 24 inches so it is not theirs. Again, wild because this is the only white gold necklace I ever own. I just want my necklace to be fixed, not return or exchange, just fixed. But they say that if they send it in to get it fixed, they just return it back. They kept saying bring the 24 inch necklace back. So insane. Eventually I called the customer service for the protection plan and they said they will take care of it. I am disappointed with the customer service here at this location. And won't be shopping here again and pretty much canceling my JP penny card. I thought I could trust them in investing fine jewelry and having a protection plan but service is wishy washy. Bad service!!
