She was yawning the whole time, she didn't speak a word to me, and took FOREVER just to process my return and check me out for the 2 items I grabbed on the way to the very back of the store where they make you trek past closed down bathrooms. She acted like I didn't exist even though I was the only person in there. First time at this location and I can't say I'll be back with the kind of customer service they offer. Also, I had no idea that I was acruing rewards since I am new to shopping at JCP and she didn't mention it, so I spent $20 more than I needed to. The job isn't hard... just be willing to do it if you're getting paid to do it 🙄
