- LGLeonardo GonzalezJul 22, 20261.0Today I went to the store at North East Mall in Hurst, Texas, to make an exchange; I had the tags but not the receipt. They told me they could look up the receipt using my phone number—and they tried with my email too—but then they claimed I must not have provided my number since they couldn't find anything. I insisted that I had, noting that I had even received a discount using "Express Cash." The manager then intervened; she was very rude and raised her voice, asking, "How do I have to tell you that it can't be done and we aren't going to exchange anything for you?" I told her that was no way to speak to me and that it sounded like she was calling me an idiot. She then kicked me out of the store, threatening to call security if I didn't leave, and told me the only thing she could offer was a plastic bag to carry my things. I pointed out that there were cameras and audio recording proving I hadn't done anything wrong to warrant being kicked out, and I told her I would file a complaint with customer service regarding her poor treatment of me, especially since there were witnesses present.
- MRMarcos RiveraMay 30, 20261.0While the clothes are good and cute, the staff is quite unprofessional, walked into the store, and was no properly greeted until I had to speak up, mainly cuz the associates were behind the register, using their phones. I understand it’s a slow day, but have some common courtesy. On top of that, the clothes are quite overpriced, a simple T shirt, is nearly 40 bucks when u can get the same shirt elsewhere for maybe 15. I ended up not buying anything because of the associates, if yall couldn’t even acknowledge me, I doubt you’d provide assistance for me. Definitely wouldn’t recommend stopping by.
