We went in to check out the new Oakley AI glasses, and Tracy went completely above and beyond for us. She was so incredibly sweet, patient, and kind to my entire family throughout the whole process. Buying high-tech eyewear can feel a bit overwhelming, but Tracy made it fun, easy, and seamless. She took her time to make sure we were taken care of and answered all of our questions. I cannot recommend this store—and Tracy specifically—highly enough if you are looking for your next pair of glasses. Outstanding customer service!
