Nyah took care of my niece SO WELL., made sure she felt important, asked ALL the right questions, and managed to make us feel SO WELCOMED. She truly went above and beyond! The manager went out of his way to interact with my 3 yr old daughter who was bouncing off the walls and playing flood is lava. He gave her a sticker, and overall they seemed to enjoy her energy and us being in the store. I will definitely be back!!
- DCDameka CarrMar 31, 20261.0The 2 employees that worked at the Deerbrook mall location on 3/30 at approximately 530pm were not inviting at all, didn't even acknowledge me (Black) and another customer (Black) who thought I worked there because I spoke to her. The clothing is expensive not that it matters cause its still customer service and their job, but with the price you pay for a single garment in mind everytime someone enters they should be greeted no matter what, the interaction or lack thereof really put a bad taste in my mouth about the establishment.
