- MLMike LMay 6, 20261.0This is the sign at the entrance of the store. When I walked in, there was a manager and one employee. I spent an hour and a half trying on suits. They never said a single word to me the entire time. When I checked out, this offer was not honored even though I did not select a suit on clearance, which is the only listed exclusion. See pic of the email response I received when I asked for them to honor their sign. If you think this is unacceptable like I do please don’t ever shop at Express. This service isn’t just confined to one store, but to their corporate customer service philosophy as you can see by their response. Our dollar doesn’t go as long a way as it used to. There are businesses that have earned your money more than Express. Please support those businesses instead. Thank you.
