    ZERO stars for ZERO service. I ordered a delivery for my mom - flowers and dessert tray for Mother's Day and she never received it. I called at 8pm asking where my order is and the lady said the eta was 8:49pm. Who delivers this late...and on Mother's day?! I then received a delivered email at midnight. All false. How does this store stay in business? Very unprofessional and after 3 days of calling they finally answered the phone. Their "service" ruined my special occasion. They are untrustworthy and I will never use this company again!

    I ordered the #1 MOM fruit arrangement and the yellow May flower bouquet for Mother’s day and only the fruit arrangement arrived to the house. I called the store multiple times but no one answered and no one returned my call. Also online to track your order doesn’t even update you at all. I will definitely not be ordering from here again.

    My husband ordered me a fruit basket for Mother’s Day 2026. The delivery driver handed it to her and she walked in and handed me a melted mess! Woke me up out of my sleep before work to give me hot fruit and melted whit chocolate. I can’t believe you would deliver this to someone for the holidays. I called the store several times and no one answered. They close at 8 and it’s 4:30, so an unacceptable. Now I have to drive 25 minutes before my night shift to hand them back their basket. I’m so disgusted! I called corporate and received a ticket number because apparently the store has to handle the complaint. I called back to the store and finally Amy answered just to tell me her manager said I would have to call corporate. I said I did already and she said hold on let me go tell her. She never came back to the phone. At this point I just want a full refund. I don’t even want the product and I love chocolate covered strawberries and fruit smh. So disappointed

    I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order. I paid extra for 1-hour delivery, yet my order didn’t arrive until 3 hours later. That alone would have been frustrating, but the customer service made the situation even worse. When I called the first time, I was told they were just waiting on the chocolate and that my order would be ready in about 30 minutes. An hour later, with still no delivery, I called again and spoke to someone else who was very rude and completely unapologetic. Instead of offering any kind of solution or even basic reassurance, she simply said there was nothing she could do and repeated that the order would go out in 30 minutes — which is exactly what I had already been told earlier. To make matters worse, I was told I would be refunded for the 1-hour delivery fee due to the delay, but that refund was never issued. I paid over $100 for this order expecting reliable service, especially given the premium delivery fee, and instead I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. Delays can happen, but poor communication, rude customer service, and failure to follow through on a promised refund are unacceptable. I won’t be ordering again.
