  Ordered 2 edible arrangements for my two granddaughters that were going to the same place. The next day only one arrived. I called and the lady told me they would remake it and deliver it between 10-12 the next day. Well guess what?! It was not delivered the next day at all. Called them back and apparently they didn’t even put in a remake request. I knew I should have called them this morning to make sure, but I thought with as big of a mistake they made the day before, I wouldn’t have to do their job for them. Be ware potential customers.I normally read reviews before buying from places and I failed to do so this time and I should have. Because reading these other reviews, this is definitely not the first time an order didn’t show up at all and they act like they don’t understand what’s going on. How do you not know when there are numerous other complaints about the same exact issues? I sure hope I get that refund because if not, I’ll be showing up to that store to retrieve the money for the product that wasn’t received. It’s expensive and to not even get what you ordered is infuriating. And then when you call them, they kind of sound like they really do not care. How are these people still in business???

  When ordering from a business you expect for the business to meet your expectations unfortunately, not this one my job rewards their employees by letting them choose their favorites & this is the second time one of our staff chooses to go with them the first time they ordered their fruit arrangement they ordered this since 9 & it was supposed to be delivered. our business hrs is from 7:30AM till 4 it was 3 & the arrangement was not delivered they called @ 2:00 to let us know they did not have chocolate only white chocolate & we let them know we close @ 4 & they let us know it was just getting done we got the arrangement until the next day we called & called & called & no one picked up today we make another order placed the order since yesterday & we close @ 4 & still havent got this order. This place deserves no customers because at the end of the day they dont appreciate their customers.

  ZERO stars for ZERO service. I ordered a delivery for my mom - flowers and dessert tray for Mother's Day and she never received it. I called at 8pm asking where my order is and the lady said the eta was 8:49pm. Who delivers this late...and on Mother's day?! I then received a delivered email at midnight. All false. How does this store stay in business? Very unprofessional and after 3 days of calling they finally answered the phone. Their "service" ruined my special occasion. They are untrustworthy and I will never use this company again!

  My husband ordered me a fruit basket for Mother’s Day 2026. The delivery driver handed it to her and she walked in and handed me a melted mess! Woke me up out of my sleep before work to give me hot fruit and melted whit chocolate. I can’t believe you would deliver this to someone for the holidays. I called the store several times and no one answered. They close at 8 and it’s 4:30, so an unacceptable. Now I have to drive 25 minutes before my night shift to hand them back their basket. I’m so disgusted! I called corporate and received a ticket number because apparently the store has to handle the complaint. I called back to the store and finally Amy answered just to tell me her manager said I would have to call corporate. I said I did already and she said hold on let me go tell her. She never came back to the phone. At this point I just want a full refund. I don’t even want the product and I love chocolate covered strawberries and fruit smh. So disappointed
