  I took stars away because now the website says they have styles in store that are not in store. These not in store styles have to be ordered online. Select is decent lots of very similar styles. It seemed to me that store prices were a little hire than some competitors but that's my opinion. Sales staff didn't welcome us to the store or ask if we needed any assistance. We were in the store for about 45 minutes. Two employees but not even an acknowledgment that we were in the store. This will be the last resort on the next shoe quest.

  It's alright. I kind of prefer the version of DSW from years ago. Less kids shoes and more women's. I feel like this one is kind of dreary? Was there in the evening and the whole store seems kind of dimly lit. Can't blame the staff for being blah, I felt the same :/
