Covered parking is paid 😔 Crowds are a little odd, but if you don’t care about that its a good place to shop. Variety is comparable to Woodlands Mall just not the same vibe.

I don’t know why this place is still open, lights don’t work in the parking lot, potholes, no stores open. This place needs to close

This mall has become a terrible place to visit. It seems like there is always something going on, and I no longer feel that it is a safe environment. I am also very concerned about the professionalism and leadership of the Security Director and Assistant Security Director. From my observations, they were rarely visible throughout the property, and when I did see them, they often appeared to be going toward the food court or back to their offices rather than actively addressing security concerns throughout the mall. There also appears to be favoritism toward certain individuals, while others are treated unfairly. I personally witnessed situations involving my niece and friends where they were repeatedly approached and questioned while simply shopping and not doing anything wrong. The way they were treated made them feel targeted and uncomfortable. Leadership positions come with a responsibility to treat everyone fairly, professionally, and respectfully. I believe the Security Director and Assistant Director need to do better when it comes to professionalism, visibility, communication, and treating people equally. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and looks into how security leadership is operating at this mall. Customers and employees deserve to feel safe, respected, and treated fairly.

I was really impressed with the cleanliness and well-maintained facilities at this mall. Having been the head of maintenance at another mall I know the amount of work and effort that it takes to keep up with such a facility. Good job to the team here.
