  Deerbrook Mall was one of the few places that have covered parking. Recently the management made most of the covered parking fee only! And some of the open lot parking spaces are also fee only. REALLY?? This mall was dying; stores were closing and now they are charging a fee to park? Well past time to boycott and forget this mall.

  Outlets stores everywhere, mall is large in size. Easy access to movies and food. Need to go back again to go by all other stores that I couldn't make it to

  This shopping mall is so amazing. Huge, multi-level shopping mall with little or no vacancies. A large variety of stores to choose from. Major retailers including Dillard's, Macy's, JC Penny, Dick's, and even a movie theater. It was great to see a shopping mall loaded with people shopping the old traditional way. Lots of place to eat including Cinnabon, American Cookie Company. Stop by this shopping mall and check out the place. It doesn't disappoint ☺️

  I wanted to leave this comment in hopes that someone can address this issue. Today, I had an incident at Deerbrook Mall. My boyfriend and I were walking through the store when an employee was standing nearby. At the same time, another group of young women was passing by. Because the area was crowded, my boyfriend and I accidentally brushed past the employee without noticing her. There was absolutely no intention to touch or disrespect her. As we continued walking away, I heard the employee say, “You could have said excuse me.” Confused, I turned around and asked if she was talking to us because other people had also been passing by. She immediately became aggressive and said, “Yes, you. Who do you think I’m talking to?” in a very hostile tone. I became upset and explained that we had not seen her and did not mean any disrespect. However, she continued speaking aggressively. When the situation escalated, she began taking off her work items and appeared to be preparing to fight me. Throughout the entire incident, I remained where I was standing and never approached her. She then got close to me and said, “That’s why y’all don’t belong here.” As a Hispanic woman myself, I found that comment extremely offensive and unnecessary. Even though I was upset, I never brought race into the conversation because it had nothing to do with the situation. She continued demanding that I apologize, even though I would have gladly said “excuse me” or apologized if she had approached the situation respectfully. Our intention was never to touch her or make her uncomfortable. She also asked other employees for the manager, though I am not sure what she was trying to accomplish. I did speak with the manager and hope that appropriate action was taken. The employee later claimed that my boyfriend and I were distracted on our phones, which was not true she kept changing the story. My concern is that if an employee reacts this aggressively to a simple accident, other customers could experience similar treatment. I am sharing this because I am genuinely concerned for future customers and do not want anyone else to go through what we experienced. This happen today 6-17-2026 around 2-2:30 pm the employee was a young black lady she was bald with blonde hair .
