  Deerbrook mall is nice. I wish it had more stores. I visit often to bring my little niece to the kids play area. However on this visit, we learned that the play area is no longer in the mall. This is a downer. Not a lot for toddlers to do there.

  Who do we complain about PAID parking now I didn't know yall were down town Houston or heck the Galleria!! Went yesterday to pick up an item from a store and was shocked to see less cars under the AMC. Walked up to the sign paid parking what the heck!! I've been going to Deerbrook mall for a long time and this is ridiculous.

  Has a variety of stores and places to eat. Lane Bryant staff are the best in helping you find the perfect outfit and correct bra. Jasper and Lani are extremely helpful and kind

  I work in this mall and security is complete waste of time. They do bare minimum. Literally bare minimum. They do not care about the well being of the customers that shop here, and it is so sad. What is humanity. This white lady, maybe 5’2 petite(security) more like a Chihuahua. The mall has been dead all day due to rain. And she straight up refused to help this old man out of the mall mind you I’d think you’d want to make sure he gets were he needs safely. He had a cane and could barely walk. The way he entered the mall closed early which is actually a fire hazard, Super Nova.. And this old man was left to find his own way out of the mall. I am so disappointed on how she handle this situation. They need re trained on how to properly handle paying customers of this mall. Or we will turn into Greenspoint. It starts with us. And you represented very poorly of Deerbrook mall today and I am ashamed to say the least.

  Run, don’t walk to Culture Shock at Deerbrook Mall! It’s truly the best one stop shop for everything fun! We’ve been to Culture Shock more times than I can count, but this was our first visit to this location and it instantly became our favorite. The store is easily three times bigger than the others, and we were blown away from the moment we walked in! We started browsing video games, posters, pins, snacks, plushies, slime, Pokémon cards, they seriously have it all. The inventory alone is impressive, but what really won us over was the top tier customer service! You can tell the people who run this store genuinely love what they do. They were incredibly kind to us, and especially to our daughters who are obsessed with Demon Slayer. It’s those little moments and going the extra mile that create such memorable experiences! Safe to say, my daughters are already asking when we can go back and spend all our money again. Thank you, Culture Shock Deerbrook Mall, for such an amazing experience. Keep up the great work!
