  When I say I am absolutely dissatisfied with the service at this particular store short dark skinned on the heavier side and the manager above her bright on the taller side with a limp when she walks the description is only due to the fact I do not know these women but people need to know how horrible the professionalism is here and who it is that’s really bringing down the service here however I am a hard working mother of 4 and I am doing my best for my kids and these ladies have no consideration how they are handling their customers payments however the clothes purchased for my kids was 68 bucks then my husband had some stuff that came to 71 however I paid for the kids school clothes and she was in process of bringing up my husband‘s things when he stepped away to use the restroom so of course I wanted to take care of before him so she did not have to wait for him to come back however, when I tapped my card again. It said the payment was declined so when my husband came back, he paid for it. We get into the car and I realize my balance is a little low. Come to find out when I look at the receipts that was sent via text to my phone. The payment did go through. I also checked in my bank however I tried to explain this to the lady and my concern about double paying and telling me that it did not go through. I asked for her to get her manager because she said it didn’t however The manager came and immediately assumed that I made my payment with Apple Pay without even asking me. She did not want to address me about my money. She continue to talk to the employee and then a bed at the employee to deal with the mess that they both were responsible for it with no resolve. She did not want to return the $71 which was completely fine because I had already planned to dispute it within my bank she did not want to herself. I brought all of everything that my husband and I purchased and asked her to refund it all due to my disappointment with being double charged and then lied to so she rings up my husband‘s items and returns his things, and then lets the customers go ahead ahead of me, rings them up and ignores the fact of returning my money to my card for the items that was $68. She was so wrapped up in her emotions. I’m guessing she kept refusing to return me to $68 and kept telling me that my bank would have to return the $71 which I kept specifying that I knew this and that I needed the money back from the other bag of clothes she tells me she doesn’t know what I want her to do, but there’s nothing that can be done and it took me to almost go as far to threaten to act a complete fool inside of the store for her to initiate my refund for the items I bought that equal up to $68 when I say the service here is absolutely poor. It is just that I will never go to this store again and I would definitely be aware of how they ring your items up because they’re definitely trying to hustle people on the side this is the worst city trends I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I would not be going back and they would not see another red copper penny from me and honestly y’all need to work on getting a new staff from start to finish strip that whole place of employment and place something a lot more professional in there there is no way in the world this is the best that we have to hire when it comes to customer service an absolute disgrace oh and then on top of that then scuffed and said I paid with my Cash App card which btw I didn’t buy who gives a flying whoot what I am paying with it’s my hard earned money your playing with it’s crazy it be your own people and have to audacity to follow us around like we stealing when maybe we should’ve been following you because by the looks of it you are the ones who were attempting to steal from me no morality no concern no professionalism there is someone out there. That’s looking for a job that can present themselves way better and hold that very same position. I have never been so upset or had to behave in such an irate manner just to even half ass get my needs met

  This was my first time going to Citi Trends. There’s something for the entire family there. Great variety store.

  This location showed up in OUR neighborhood...no one asked them to come. This was only my 2nd time here & the guy with dreads was SO defensive! No returns, finally sale, you'll need a receipt for this or that..Huh? Where did all that come from?? Guess he's used to dealing with a certain crowd for him just to recite all that. Sir, I am NOT a regular customer of CT & with that mentality and attitude, I won't be a returning one!
