  Insane customer service. I visited tax free weekend and bought some shoes with my girlfriend. She unfortunately got shoes a size too small and called the store to inform them she’ll be back later to exchange. Upon her arrival, she was recognized immediately and greeted by everyone. When she approached the counter, they knew what she was there for and got the shoes she needed without her needing to provide any additional details. Once the worker returned she then offered to lace up the shoes despite how busy the store was. The thought and care provided that day was unexpected by your average retail customer service experience. The Vans store staff at this location are the best.

  They price matched us and did us a favor to take care of us for our back to school shopping Mrs. Oliver and Mrs. Sophia we’re the best. We are grateful for them way to Vans

  This store was actually really good. I picked up an online order and one of the pair was wrong color. They immediately changed it with no hesitation and confirmed the rest of the order was correct. Can’t remember the young lady’s name but she had green glitter nails.

  They have good collection of shoes. Staff is friendly and helpful. The reason for 3⭐️ rating is because of the Google Maps location. I have to drive around for 15 mins just to realize that the shop is inside the Memorial mall. They should update the location in maps.
