  We were headed to Houston for a quick one-day trip, and I needed a replacement pair of sneakers. I found the pair I wanted on the Tod's website and arranged to have them held at the boutique. Jess reached out to coordinate my visit and was incredibly communicative and accommodating, especially as my travel schedule changed a few times. When I arrived at the boutique, Michael assisted me. Jess had thoughtfully made sure the shoes were set aside and that I would be well taken care of. Michael understood that I was on a tight schedule and helped me get in and out quickly while still providing attentive, personalized service. I would have loved to spend more time browsing, but I'll save that for my next visit. What impressed me even more was that Jess followed up the next business day after returning to work to check in and make sure the shoes had worked out well. That thoughtful gesture was genuinely appreciated. I've always enjoyed the service I've received from Tod's, whether while traveling or at my home boutique. The level of customer care is consistently exemplary, and the quality of their products never disappoints. Thank you, Jess and Michael, for making this such an enjoyable experience.

  I just have to take a moment to gush about Jenny Huang and the absolutely incredible service she provided. From the very start, she was so warm, personal, and genuinely invested in helping me. I had reached out about a specific style and color that wasn’t coming back, and she didn’t just stop there. Jenny let me know there was still one color left, sent me the cutest photos of the bag from every angle (like the kind of photos a bag would want to be in!), and had it shipped to me in just two business days. How does one even begin to top that kind of care and sincerity? Jenny, you’ve set the bar so high =] thank you for being amazing!
