We were headed to Houston for a quick one-day trip, and I needed a replacement pair of sneakers. I found the pair I wanted on the Tod's website and arranged to have them held at the boutique. Jess reached out to coordinate my visit and was incredibly communicative and accommodating, especially as my travel schedule changed a few times. When I arrived at the boutique, Michael assisted me. Jess had thoughtfully made sure the shoes were set aside and that I would be well taken care of. Michael understood that I was on a tight schedule and helped me get in and out quickly while still providing attentive, personalized service. I would have loved to spend more time browsing, but I'll save that for my next visit. What impressed me even more was that Jess followed up the next business day after returning to work to check in and make sure the shoes had worked out well. That thoughtful gesture was genuinely appreciated. I've always enjoyed the service I've received from Tod's, whether while traveling or at my home boutique. The level of customer care is consistently exemplary, and the quality of their products never disappoints. Thank you, Jess and Michael, for making this such an enjoyable experience.

Tod's Houston is Amazing and the employees are so helpful and knowledgeable. I came back to ask about the driving shoes that were bought for me that I've worn quite a bit. Instead of dismissing me like other stores have, they took the time to explain the details, from construction to normal wear and tear, how they're supposed to stretch a little after wearing them and even how some have removable insoles in case I wanted to put my own insoles (ingenious idea btw)...they even went above and beyond by offering to see if any repairs were possible which was a total surprise because it's a shoe and meant to be worn and eventually replaced no matter how expensive it is. In the end I declined their offer for a repair and got another driving shoe. Tod's Houston, you have a customer for life.

All of the employees were fantastic. Special shout out to Michael. I was a little peeved because of some wear and tear I had experienced and asked for some help. Michael went above and beyond to fix the shoes and even offered to cover the costs to overnight the shoes to me. Upon arrival, the craftsmanship of the fixed shoes were perfect. It looked like the original when I first purchased the shoes. Michael’s responses and updates were timely and I felt he really cared about taking the time to check in on me. Highly recommend this Tods store.
