  I’ve been a customer of Thomas Markle Jewelry for many years and have purchased several watches — including a few Rolex pieces — as well as jewelry from them over time. The experience has always been exceptional. Sue has consistently provided outstanding support and customer service — knowledgeable, trustworthy, and always willing to help. I also want to recognize the amazing team at the Memorial location, like Rebecca and Salice, who always make the experience welcoming and enjoyable. Thomas Markle Jewelry is honestly the first place I go whenever I’m considering a new watch or piece of jewelry.

  After a long wait, I finally received my Batman GMT-Master II, and it was absolutely worth the wait. The Batman is one of the most difficult steel sports Rolex models to acquire, and Roland made the entire process a genuine pleasure. He kept me informed throughout the wait, never pressured me toward other pieces, and encouraged me not to settle and to get what I really wanted. Roland made the delivery itself a memorable experience, and I’m a very satisfied customer. Roland was also fantastic to work with when I recently upgraded my wife's wedding ring. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, walked us through options patiently and helped us find something she absolutely loves. His product knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for his clients are what set him apart. That kind of patience and integrity is rare, and it's why I'll continue to build my collection here.

  I rarely leave negative reviews; however, this situation warrants an exception. This location is, by far, the poorest experience I have encountered when seeking fine jewelry. Upon entering, I felt as though I was an inconvenience, as the staff member merely looked at me dismissively. The only representative who approached me did so with a condescending attitude and was entirely dismissive, refusing to record my information and ignoring me completely. I have never experienced such disrespect in any customer service interaction. I am perplexed as to how this establishment maintains a positive reputation, as my experience was disappointingly poor. The sales representative who assisted me does not appear suitable for a sales position. To avoid frustration, I recommend seeking a different jeweler.

  I recently worked with Eddie and Victoria at Thomas Markle Jewelers on a 10th anniversary gift for my wife and had a great experience. We upgraded the diamond in her ring and also turned the original stone into a pendant necklace for her. Everything came out beautiful and she absolutely loved both pieces. Eddie was great to work with throughout the process, and Victoria did an amazing job on the ring. We did have to come back for a couple adjustments, but the team was easy to work with and made sure we were happy with the final result. Really appreciate the service and attention to detail. Looking forward to working with them again in the future.

  I had an exceptional experience working with Rebecca at Thomas Markle Jewelers. What stood out immediately was how thoughtful and intentional she is. She doesn’t just show you watches, she takes the time to share the history, craftsmanship, and story behind Rolex in a way that makes the entire experience feel meaningful. Rebecca has a rare ability to make you feel completely at ease while also feeling taken care of. Our conversation never felt rushed. We ended up talking about our travels, and I loved her beautiful brooch, a New Orleans antique. Her guidance felt genuinely tailored rather than transactional. It’s clear she takes a lot of pride in what she does and in building lasting relationships with her clients. In a world where luxury can sometimes feel impersonal, Rebecca brings a level of warmth that’s truly special. I left more informed and genuinely excited as I look for a special piece for my husband’s 40th.
