  We came here looking for a Rolex, but left with beautiful jewelry and, more importantly, a long-term connection. We’ve visited several stores in the Houston area, and this place truly stood out. The service was warm, honest, and never pushy. They took the time to explain everything in detail and genuinely listened to what we were looking for.   I had a wonderful experience working with Sue. She was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. She made purchasing my Rolex a smooth and enjoyable experience and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Excellent customer service from start to finish.   I’ve been going to Thomas Markle for a while now, and Eddie is honestly one of the reasons I keep coming back. I stopped in recently to look at a bracelet for myself. I tried it on, walked around the store, looked at a few watches, and at some point Eddie came over with a Messika bracelet and just put it in my hand. No hard sell, no long pitch. He simply said, essentially, “Take a look at this.” He nailed it. It was rose gold, diamonds, elegant without being flashy, and immediately looked like something my girlfriend would love. I ended up buying it for her instead of buying the bracelet I originally came in for. The best part was surprising her with it later that evening. She absolutely loved it. That’s what makes Eddie different. He actually pays attention to his clients, remembers their tastes, and somehow knows when to show you something you weren’t even looking for. He doesn’t make the experience feel transactional. It feels personal. Highly recommend Thomas Markle, and especially Eddie. He’s dangerously good at what he does.
