- SFsuheys floresApr 8, 20261.0I tried to return sunglasses that I purchased with cash. The sunglasses were $580 something dollars I purchased protection for them as well $30 and unfortunately all they wanted to do was store credit because they didn’t have any cash on them. I don’t understand how a store doesn’t have a maximum of $2000 or $3000 on them. I will not be purchasing from these stores if it’s going to be this hard to get a cash refund, it infuriates me how difficult they make it to return a product and how they are somewhat wanting to force me to keep this product

I was astounded that an assistant manager would treat customers this way. I've been questioning why she could have treated us this way, I'm guessing it's because she won't make quota for the week, but that's not our problem. Luxottica needs to come up with a better solution within the company because it's not fair for employees or customers.
