The sunglasses were $580 something dollars I purchased protection for them as well $30 and unfortunately all they wanted to do was store credit because they didn’t have any cash on them. I don’t understand how a store doesn’t have a maximum of $2000 or $3000 on them. I will not be purchasing from these stores if it’s going to be this hard to get a cash refund, it infuriates me how difficult they make it to return a product and how they are somewhat wanting to force me to keep this product

Refused to exchange my wife’s sunglasses that cost almost $200 just because there is a little micro scratch on the lens that we didn’t even see. the only reason she wanted to exchange them because they were too big for her she wanted a smaller size. Also my glasses did not get exchanged and they were also a $200 glasses and they refused to exchange it for the same price I got it from them while there was the damage from the lens itself, not a scratch, it was a bad lens
