  I had an extremely disappointing experience with Sharon during my recent visit. When I approached the counter and placed my purchase down, I was not greeted or acknowledged. After some time, she finally addressed me, and I informed her that I needed to make a return. I initially provided my electronic receipt, but Sharon refused to accept it and stated that I needed the physical receipt. Once I provided the physical receipt, she then informed me that I also needed the physical card used for the purchase, despite the fact that I originally paid using a virtual card through tap payment. Throughout the interaction, she continuously came across as rude and dismissive. After I proceeded with using my card for the return, Sharon then stated that I could not keep my original receipt. She repeatedly claimed that these were “her policies.” When I politely asked her to show me where these policies were stated on the receipt, she was unable to do so. Her attitude and customer service were extremely unprofessional. The experience was so unpleasant that I chose to make my purchase at the Sunglass Hut inside Macy’s instead. I understand that everyone can have difficult days, but customers should still be treated with professionalism and respect. It was very clear that she did not want to be there or assist customers, and unfortunately it reflected throughout the entire interaction.

  Not sure if my review got taken down I wrote a review about two weeks ago. I came to the store to return some sunglasses that I purchased at another sunglass hut. The girl working there that day said that she could not return my money because they did not have enough money in their cash register which I thought was ridiculous and all she could do was store credit why would I want to store credit? I want my original payment . I tried today to go return them at Memorial city mall and they popped up with some bullshit that they can’t accept them or return them because the sunglasses have the price tag on them. Honestly good job sunglass hut you guys have trained your employees to make it so difficult to return sunglasses I do not want your product , it clearly says that I have 30 days to return. The sunglasses are in their original box. I have the receipt they have the tags on them and yet this is the second store I go to and they give me some bullshit excuse they said I have to go to the original store so I will be going to the original store. Let’s see what bullshit they pop up with over there . Please don’t purchase from them unless you intend to keep them In my opinion this company has horrible return policy I think they train their employees to make it so difficult for the consumer to get frustrated and keep the product I will be bad mouthing this company every chance I get

  Exelente tienda me sentí muy cómoda en el momento de hacer mi compra ya que la chica habla inglés y español y me explico muy bien y logre comprar exactamente lo que buscaba ,además me informo sobre ofertas en el momento,y sin contar la variedad de lentes que hay de todas las marcas no nesecitas ir a nimgun otro lugar hay esta todo lo que buscas en lentes ,100% lo recomiendo
