- JJJoey4 days ago2.0I visited this location yesterday (August 13, 2026) around 5 PM to look at a specific style of Ray-Ban I was interested in. The Hispanic woman working was pleasant, but she kept hovering over me the entire time I was browsing. When I explained that I was just looking and wasn’t ready to spend $300 on glasses quite yet (though I planned to buy them soon for an upcoming trip), she immediately brought up Klarna and Afterpay. It came across as an assumption that I couldn’t afford them, which was a major turn-off. At that point I decided I no longer wanted to come back and purchase the glasses.

I wasn’t given the option of having the glasses shipped to my house (I thought that used to be an option). I was supposed to go get a call when the glasses came in, but I did not get a call. However, the UPS tracking number showed that the glasses were delivered to the store. When I drove to the store, the store closed early and no one picked up the phone.
