  I had an issue with a pair of sunglasses from day 1. We brought them in several times for adjustments but still, same issue. On the 3rd time, I went in and got an associate named Emi. He was great and truly understands customer service. I barely got through explaining my issue and he was already on it and replaced them with no question. Problem solved, happy customer. Thank you, Emi

  Linda at the Memorial City Mall location was phenomenal. She made me feel so comfortable. I didn’t feel pressured, like some places to buy something to matter what. She even checked online to see if there were options in other colors to be shipped to my house. I would definitely come back to see Linda. I only came in for one pair, ended up buying two because of the great buy one get one at 40% off sale. Great experience!

  I see you, girl. The negative energy is LOUD every single time I come into this store. You don’t even have to say much because your attitude, facial expressions, and behavior say enough. Every time I got close to you, I could feel the hostility, and it really seemed to bother you that I was taking pictures of myself trying on glasses. My daughter and I even overheard you talking about me, which was extremely unprofessional. Shout out to Lilly, though, because SHE gave great customer service. She had separated sunglasses for me and was taking the time to explain the process of getting prescription lenses. Instead of allowing her to properly assist me, you put the sunglasses back up and kept trying to send her away to help other customers. It was very obvious you were trying to get her away from me, and that only made your behavior look even more unprofessional. Honestly, Lilly should be considered for a management position because she knows how to communicate with customers and make them feel welcomed. Meanwhile, you constantly hover over your employees and interfere while they are trying to do their jobs. They can barely have a conversation with a customer without you jumping in or standing over them. And this is exactly why I’ll gladly come in, try on the glasses, take my pictures, find what I like, and then spend my money somewhere else. You will not make a profit off me while treating me with that kind of energy. Corporate really needs to pay attention to what is happening at this location. Management sets the tone, and unfortunately, the negativity here is impossible to miss. Sometimes you need to look at your own behavior and ask yourself why a customer can feel the hostility before you even say a word.

  Abedy and Melanie were absolutely awesome and helpful. Words cannot express how grateful I am for their assistance. Very good store; I definitely will be shopping here more often.
