  Excellent service by Lilly. She helped my son in selection of his sunglasses, and followed his lead style-wise. She also searched all over the store for a pair of Celine sunglasses she knew someone had returned, just so I could try them on. They had been mailed out that morning, but she searched. Linda offered valuable assistance in finding a comparable pair in Prada section.

  I’m pretty sure the woman who loudly greeted me was the store manager, but my experience turned sour shortly afterward. I was trying on several Ray-Ban sunglasses and found a pair I liked that I hadn’t seen at LensCrafters. I took a picture of the tag so I could reference the model later. From across the room, I heard the same employee tell me that I couldn’t take pictures of the label because it contained store information. What made the interaction uncomfortable was that she wasn’t assisting me at the time, and the store was full of customers. It felt odd that I was being watched that closely. I explained that I only wanted to reference the model so I could purchase it later. She responded, “I can write it down for you.” I said okay and continued trying on another pair, but the interaction left a bad impression, and I decided to leave shortly afterward. Because of that experience, I would not choose to make a purchase from this store.

  I really enjoyed my visit to this store. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout my visit despite how busy things were. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Great team!

  This is my 3rd pair of meta glasses less than a year in a half, I do not recommend Meta at all. I purchased a new pair today, the same size and design as my last two pair ( translucent) once I got home to charge my new glasses. I discovered that they sold me the wrong pair. I called the stores location 5 times and no one ever picked up. I went back to the location only to pay an extra $100 for the mistake of them selling me black glasses instead of the translucent glasses that I’ve purchased before. Complete waste of my time

  Warning don’t purchase from them unless you intend to keep them this company makes the return so difficult This is the second store I tried to return to the first store said they didn’t have enough money to give me a return so they would have to do store credit why the hell would I will store credit when I pay cash The second store I went to return them to which is this location said that they couldn’t return them and I would have to go to the original location which is on the other side of town because the sunglasses have the tags on them which made no sense to me I have the receipt sunglasses still have the tag on them they are in original packaging I really dislike stores like this that forcefully make you keep their product and make it so difficult. I honestly will never purchase from the store again.
