I went to the store today for an exchange for glasses I purchased one week ago, and the two female employees were extremely rude and unhelpful. Every question I asked was dismissed with “we don’t know,” and they made no effort to assist me. They did not process the exchange and also refused to offer store credit. While I was trying on other glasses, they were also trying on the glasses I originally purchased, which felt very unprofessional. Even though I thanked them and said “have a good day,” they did not even respond and remained cold and unfriendly. Very disappointing experience.

- KPKatherine PhanDec 23, 20251.0one of the workers was incredibly rude, one guy and girl working and the girl was incredibly rude, when we asked if they had any of a certain brand she replied "no we don't have anything like that, we only offer high luxury brands here so if you want you can go to the kiosk downstairs" like we didn't belong there, when we started checking out other frames and she proceeded to follow us around the entire store asking us if we are having trouble and being super pushy, i even found a pair of sunglasses i liked but her attitude was so atrocious we left, terrible birthday experience
