  I brought in a pair of Dolce glasses that I purchased from the dolce store in River Oaks District. a month after having them the screws became loose and when I took them back to the store, they said because more than a month had passed there was nothing they could do I took the glasses to sunglass hut on West Gray in Houston and Stacey, the store manager, was more than kind enough to offer to help. The screws needed to be replaced and the screws were not in stock, but she was able to find a place to get them done for me and I thank you for that. Never ever buying glasses from dolce again. Thank you Stacey!

  I came to do a return, possibly an exchange but when entering the building the 2 caucasian older women did not greet me, I went to the counter and no customer service, not even a smile. The transaction was done in silence and I walked away when it was done no goodbye no nothing. Never again with the mute women.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Walked in and 2 older caucasian women were working the shift. No greeting, 0 customer service. I will never come back to this location.
