  This didn't originally start with the feelings of "liking" the store. I ordered a pair of shoes they didn't have the size to in store to be shipped directly to my home. Usually I would have just ordered them online myself, but I decided to take up the employees offer for once. When I last worked in shoes two years ago I worked commission, so I figured she brought me a bunch of shoes so why not help her out potentially. Turns out she ordered the wrong shoes, alas. I didn't know the shoes actual name so I didn't catch it at the cashiers box. Instead I caught it by the picture in the confirmation email sent to me later that day. Whatever shoe she ordered was on clearance, so when I went to go cancel the order to get my money back and pick the appropriate pair of shoes the system wouldn't let me because clearance shoes are final sale. I felt pretty trolled at that point. Suffice to say, I called in the store to ask them to change the order. It took 24 hours for the store manager to email coporate to fix the mixup at, but least in the end I was shipped the correct pair of shoes. They didn't even charge me the difference, which was a lovely surprise. The employee/manager I spoke to (whose name escapes me; he was a young man) was very kind, understanding, and quick to help me over the phone. I haven't received the shoes just yet, but as far as I can see on the website and UPS it is the correct shoe and it will be here tomorrow. If they're is something wrong with them I cant very well blame the store at that point, so I'll sent that bad review to the actual store website. Lol. I will definitely shop at this store again, but probably not to buy online in the store. I suggest anyone who decided to order the shoe from the store to double check what the actual shoes name is before confirming the order. They name the shoes very close to eachother: "Erosion" and "Elusion" were my mixed up shoes.
