  Came to this store twice to return my Meta glasses, and both times Mariam refused to accept the return. The first time, she told us their “system was down.” We came back the following week, reasonably expecting the system to be working. This time, she said she couldn’t accept the return because it was an online order and supposedly past 30 days — even though Ray-Ban’s return period is 45 days. She also refused to extend the return window despite the fact that our first attempted return was unsuccessful because of the store’s own system issue. If a customer comes to your store twice and you can’t operate your own return system, wouldn’t you at least contact a manager, tech support, or corporate to try to find a solution? There was no attempt to escalate or help. She simply turned us away both times, with an extremely bad attitude. Based on several of the other reviews, unfortunately this kind of attitude seems to be a recurring theme at this location. So be aware: if you buy from Ray-Ban online, you may not be able to return your purchase at this store. This is their only Ray-Ban store in Houston, which makes the situation even more frustrating. It honestly felt like they simply did not want to process an online return in the store. Extremely frustrating and disappointing customer service. After this experience, I will not purchase from Ray-Ban again, and I will be filing a credit card dispute regarding the purchase.

  Jen was absolutely amazing. She took care of my eye fitting, assisted me with my eyeglasses return, and resized my frames. I recommend this place highly!

  Siempre he pensado que si la gente no le gusta su trabajo en este caso la atención al cliente debería dedicarse a otra cosa, la persona que nos atendió se nota que es poco profesional no tuvo el mas mínimo interés de dar un buen servicio o esperarse almenos un poco, hicimos la compra por necesidad pero esta tienda perderá clientes si no solucionan este problema

  Bad service. This place won’t even try to help and with issues that you have and will make up anything in order to not make things right. I do not recommend this location to anyone at all.

  Miriam was extremely helpful and patient with me, she helped me select the perfect Ray-Ban Meta glasses. She gave me all types of knowledge on the capabilities and made sure that I chose a frame style and color that I was happy with. I highly recommend Ray-Ban and Miriam to anyone that that’s looking to make an eyewear purchase.
