  Walked into the store with my little brother. We weren’t greeted, which is fine—I don’t expect anyone to roll out a red carpet for us. But when we actually asked for assistance, the older white guy working there completely ignored us, walked away, and started talking to another customer. The funny part is, we were actually interested in buying the jacket. Apparently, he decided we weren’t worth his time—or perhaps decided we couldn’t afford it—without knowing anything about us. That kind of attitude is especially ridiculous in high-end retail. Some of these employees desperately need a reality check. You work in a store selling clothing that you probably couldn’t afford yourself without saving for weeks or months and using your employee discount. Your job is to sell the merchandise, not decide who is “ worthy” of being helped. Maybe next time, try treating every customer like they might actually have the money to buy what you’re selling. You might be surprised.

  I regularly shop at the galleria mall , been at this store about 3-4 times but I stopped coming because they never greet me or ask if I need any help and they’re cut short when help is asked . Customer service is odd here the workers see you but they never help.

  Customer service was very poor! Did not ask me if I wanted a store credit or a refund, just automatically put it back on my card before I could even say anything 😡😡😡

  I recently visited the Ralph Lauren store at the Houston Galleria, and overall I had a great experience. The management team was outstanding and truly set the tone for the store with their professionalism, attentiveness, and commitment to excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, and it was clear that the managers genuinely cared about creating a positive shopping experience for every customer. The store was beautifully maintained, well-organized, and fully stocked with an excellent selection of merchandise. The presentation of the sales floor reflected the premium quality and timeless style that Ralph Lauren is known for, making the shopping experience enjoyable from start to finish. While my overall visit was very enjoyable, I do believe a few of the associates could benefit from additional product knowledge and training. There were a few occasions where questions about products and sizing couldn’t be answered with much confidence. With a little more coaching in that area, the customer experience would be even stronger. Overall, the management team deserves recognition for the excellent job they are doing, and I look forward to shopping at this location again. I would gladly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality merchandise paired with outstanding leadership and customer service.
