  Stopped by for three shirts. Two had to be ordered online and the sales rep ordered two completely different shirts. Absolute incompetent time wasters. Order was done with their account so I can’t even handle the returns myself and am forced to go back in person. Save yourself the headache and skip this place. Stay away from Dax as he clearly can’t read or order anything correctly.

  Walked into the store with my little brother. We weren’t greeted, which is fine—I don’t expect anyone to roll out a red carpet for us. But when we actually asked for assistance, the older white guy working there completely ignored us, walked away, and started talking to another customer. The funny part is, we were actually interested in buying the jacket. Apparently, he decided we weren’t worth his time—or perhaps decided we couldn’t afford it—without knowing anything about us. That kind of attitude is especially ridiculous in high-end retail. Some of these employees desperately need a reality check. You work in a store selling clothing that you probably couldn’t afford yourself without saving for weeks or months and using your employee discount. Your job is to sell the merchandise, not decide who is “ worthy” of being helped. Maybe next time, try treating every customer like they might actually have the money to buy what you’re selling. You might be surprised.

  I regularly shop at the galleria mall , been at this store about 3-4 times but I stopped coming because they never greet me or ask if I need any help and they’re cut short when help is asked . Customer service is odd here the workers see you but they never help.
