  Ur hours say u open at 10 - it’s 1015 and you have a line of people outside & your doors are not open

  Nila and Karla were awesome. It was my first time and they were very helpful. Even pointed where I could try my items at another store because they were mainly adult sizes. Tysvm!🙏🏽Have great day 🙂

  This place is extremely discriminatory to sellers specifically if you have an accent or are a person of color. They use different rules for different sellers, I came in to sell and was told my thing needed to be in tote bags not trash bags and when I returned I was told I could only sell one bag. A person that was not of color or immigrant background had 4 bags of clothes which they accepted entirely. After that a Hispanic man came and they told him that his one bag was too large to be able to buy from. Then a white family came after and were able to drop off SEVERAL LARGE bags. They are incredibly racist and discriminatory. I’ve never experienced this in my entire life living here in Houston. They genuinely need to shutdown and higher all new staff. I won’t be selling or buying from here ever again, and recommend you don’t either. It’s the year 2026 and everyone should be treated equally.

  Worst experience ever. Staff has an attitude. They just said that they are being selective. No other explanation or reasoning. Didn’t even listen to I have to say. I had a brand new H&M top and Lee cooper jeans.
