- SESudabeh EskandariJul 18, 20261.0Im a Nordstrom customer for 20 years. Today my son wanted to return a Cortex Brush that I ordered online and was defeated. The manager refused to accept the online return receipt and she said we won’t accept it. With a vey bad attitude. I called customer service and immediately they issued a return slip to fedex and apologized for the manager behavior. If you want to return something you bought online dont go to this store . Go to others or return online. Don’t waste your time talking to the manager or other staff. Apparently they don’t follow Nordstrom store policy they made their own rules there to run the store.

Theres no working hand sanizters anywhere.. and just love the sales ppl on floor always helpful!! But always seems like they need to “Rack up bathroom “ cleaning and not racks! EDIT 6/28/26 VISITED AGAIN STILL NO HAND SANIZTER OR CLEAN BATHROOMS, one STALL DOESNT CLOSE
