  Very disappointed with our experience. A worker was being disrespectful and treating my parents differently, and it felt like they were being treated that way because of their race. No one should be treated differently or made to feel uncomfortable when they're simply trying to shop or enjoy a service. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the situation. The workers name was Kristian T and tried asking for an ID when it WAS given already but didn't want to go through with the transaction. Had to go to another location, very upset It's honestly upsetting and disappointing to see people treated this way, especially my parents. We should all be treated with the same respect, regardless of race.

  I had a very good experience at Nordstrom. The store was clean, organized, and easy to shop, and the staff were professional. I especially appreciated the customer service and the willingness to help with sizing, product questions, and finding alternatives. The overall shopping experience felt polished and efficient. I would definitely return and recommend this location.

  Outstanding and great experience I had with Gul Ahmed at the perfume section. She was very patient with us for more than an hour and got what we needed.

  I have the best experience ever with perfume sections , there is a lady her name Gul , she did a phenomenal job, she extremely professional and very knowledgeable with perfumes notes

  Usually Nordstrom is one of my favorite stores however after what i experienced today, i would like nothing more than to never set foot in this store again. My daughter and i were looking for a dress for her birthday party and could not find the sequiny teen girl sort of dress. The only thing we can see is the giant rack of dresses that were on sale, and were super disorganized. So we go to the little desk area to ask the workers because we see there are two talking. When i ask one of the girls about a brand we can’t find, she is so rude, lazy, and utterly unhelpful. the other one looks at me like i slapped her across the face. So after they rudely tell us where to go, we see the dress section and it is atrocious. It honestly looked like no one worked there. There were dresses hanging off the hangers , on the ground, just overall so unorganized. When we walked out, there was a broken naked mannequin on the ground. As i said earlier Nordstrom is usually one of my favorite stores, as it is usually very organized however after this experience, i am VERY disappointed
