  Thank you Stephanie in the personal styling department. I came looking for help in finding interview suits and she had the perfect suit for me and blouses. Without her the process would’ve been 3X as long, and they also offer alterations. You can book free sessions with the stylist or for special events- I highly recommend! She was fantastic.

  Diana was such a great help. She is so sweet. She found my dress for my white coat ceremony for me in less than 30 minutes and set up my entire fitting room for me and I’ve been looking for dresses for three weeks and never found anything and she knew exactly where to look to find Diana if you need help!!!!! Loved her❤️❤️

  I visited the store on June 10, 2026, looking for a belt to wear with a tuxedo. While I was browsing, a salesperson wearing a blue jean jacket was assisting another customer. As he moved through the area, he said, “Excuse me,” but then positioned himself directly in front of me while I was shopping. The interaction left me feeling disregarded and disrespected as a customer. I was so frustrated by the experience that I left the store and went to the Ferragamo store to purchase a belt instead. Unfortunately, they did not have the style I was looking for. Still needing a belt, I returned to Nordstrom. Upon my return, I met Taylen. Although she was already assisting another customer, she immediately acknowledged me and let me know she would be with me shortly. That simple gesture made a significant difference. When she came over to assist me, she had no knowledge of my earlier experience, yet she completely changed the narrative. She was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the interaction. The takeaway from my visit is simple: hire and develop more team members like Taylen. She demonstrated exactly what excellent customer service should look like. As for the salesperson in the blue jean jacket, I would encourage additional coaching on how to respectfully navigate around and engage with other shoppers while assisting customers. Taylen’s service is the reason I left with a much more positive impression of the store than I had when I first walked out.
