    Very unpleasant dilema I experienced. Ordered two items online for in store pick up, to gift my sisters for mother's day. Went to pick up Sunday, just to find out there and then, one item "perfume" was canceled. I wasnt notified about it, nor emailed out of courtesy, nothing. Online order pick up on third floor was completely inattentive redarding the situation. Supposedly the perfume wasn't in stock. I went to th first floor to the perfume area, indeed it was in stock, and had been in stock since I placed my order, I asked the kind lady working that area, and she said she wasn't sure why it was canceled because they had plenty in stock since the day my order was placed. The latino malr manager, wasn't helpful at all, as I'm trying to explain the situation, he kept speaking over me, and his tone was unpleasant as I was speaking politely, feeling superior with a smirk making it seem as if I didnt know what I was talking about. When all I wanted was a solution. How is it possible a sotre like this has no solution to their mistakes. I've gotten way better customer service at Macys, which is a lower end store. It's like every department is trained to say the same thing to their incompetence. Called Nordstrom.com customer service, since store department was blaming them, upsetting as they didnt resolve the issue and they basically pointed fingers blaming the store front for the mistake.

    Maureen T. was our in store stylist and she was so extremely helpful!!! It was my first experience with a stylist and had no idea Nordstrum offered that for free! I let her know the occasion and theme, and she put it all together! Even though we were only on planning to buy the coat and trousers, she picked out shoes, belts, and undershirt to help give us an idea of what we can pair the coat and trousers with!!!! Highly recommend, and will be coming back!!

    I went in today with my friend to help her pick out a fragrance since she rarely treats herself to anything. We were being assisted by Helen, and we were close to making a decision when the manager from Creed approached her and began speaking to our sales associate in a very rude and unprofessional manner.Our sales associate politely asked twice if they could continue the conversation at another time since she was actively helping us, but the behavior continued. It made the entire experience uncomfortable, and we genuinely felt bad for her. She apologized to us multiple times, even though the situation was not her fault.I’ve never witnessed that level of unprofessionalism and what felt like workplace bullying in front of customers. It completely changed the atmosphere of what should have been a pleasant shopping experience.

    I am genuinely so shocked and appalled by the customer service I have received at the Nordstrom Galleria over the past two days that I feel like I have to leave this review to bring it to someone's attention. My first visit was on April 22 around 11:30 AM. I came in to pick up an online order and could NOT find the pickup area anywhere. I walked all three floors multiple times and didn’t see any signage indicating where it was. I asked someone on the first floor and was told to go to the third floor. I went back up, walked around again, still couldn’t find it, and finally asked another associate. While I was mid sentence, she was texting on her phone, looked up, rolled her eyes, and started walking away from me. I literally had to ask if she even worked there because of how she reacted. She then pointed in a direction and said “it’s over there” with attitude and immediately went back to her phone. I later saw her just standing there texting for a while.That was honestly just straight up disrespectful. It also felt like she knew she was being extremely rude and she didn't care whatsoever about it. My second visit was April 23 around 3:10 to 3:20 PM. I came back to pick up another order and return the one from the day before. I asked an associate if she could help me with a return and she told me she was “not on the clock” and to go find another register. I said okay, I’ll find someone else, and then she said “ yeah I'm kind of helping someone else.” So which was it? Off the clock or helping someone else? Because it definitely felt like she purposely lied to me about being off the clock so she wouldn't have to help me with my return. (I also know she wasn't off the clock because less than five minutes later I did see her helping another customer!) Then I asked another associate and she sighed and said she was the only one in the area and helping multiple customers. I get it, retail can get busy. I've worked in retail before. But even when I was 16 working at PacSun, I knew not to be on my phone in front of customers, roll my eyes at customers, make customers feel like an inconvenience , or straight up just lie to customers. The craziest part is this happened three separate times across two days with different employees. At that point it doesn’t feel like one person having a bad day. It feels like there is a bigger issue with how customers are treated at this location. This was really disappointing. If someone would like to reach out to talk about my experience further, I'd appreciate that. I do plan to avoid this specific Nordstrom store going forward because I can’t support a place where customers are treated like this. I've truly never had a worse experience at a retail store.

    I usually never write reviews and never say anything but i had to this time about a worker named Alfonzo or Alfonso. I went to Nordstrom today around 7pm to buy sandals for my vegas trip, and i was interested in the Tory Burch sandals so i took my sock off because i had flats on and i kept trying them on but the shoes on the display wouldn’t fit so i put my sock in my purse because at that point im still trying on shoes with my sock in my hand, then me and my friend were walking around and i notice this worker eyeing me and following me around across the entire store, and i kept telling me friend i feel uncomfortable i felt like i was being watched by a hawk it was so bad and i tried testing to see if he was really watching me by walking across the section and he did a full 360 in order to keep his eyes on me, i felt so discriminated everywhere i went he turned and watched and he wanted to make it known, i had to tell another worker and that’s when he quickly turned away but then turned and kept watching me, i literally cried after i left i have never felt so discriminated ever. i still bought the slides because i really liked them but i almost left them because i felt genuinely so upset, i would like to talk with someone about my experience.
