  I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Michael Kors, and I want to give a special thank you to Sam, the store manager, for making my experience so positive and memorable. Sam was incredibly kind, professional, patient, and genuinely attentive to my needs. What impressed me the most was how much she valued my opinion and truly listened to what I had to say. She went above and beyond to help me and made sure I felt heard and appreciated as a customer. Her kindness and exceptional customer service honestly made my day! It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about customers and takes the time to make them feel valued. Michael Kors is very lucky to have someone like Sam as a manager.
