  Memorial City Mall, 303 Memorial City Mall #754, Houston, TX 77024 Drive 15 more minutes or less and go there instead. In little words this is the worst Michael Kors store I've ever been too and I've tried 2 different times all associates are RUDE, BELITTLING, and UGLY CUSTOMER SERVICE. I walked in on 02/12/2016 (FRIDAY) barely was greeted and there was 5 associates working and 2 other customers, one associate was kind enough to help me the other ones just looked me up and down and looked at each other in a disgust face and belittled me as if I wasn't going to buy something I ended up purchasing a $300 Purse (black rhea bag pack). They didn't even have what I wanted but I purchased it anyways then once I HAD BOUGHT THE ITEM and walking out they so hypocritically and sarcastically said thank you have a nice day. Oh now you want to be stuck up. No thanks I don't need your "thank you". they have a terrible vibe the first time I was also attended similar but the second time was my last. I ended up calling the memorial one to see if they had the rhea bag pack I wanted and they did I got there 30 mins after (because I got stuck in traffic) and my experience was completely different super nice, excellent customer service. Wayyyyy bigger store, a lot more variety, men's on one side and women's on the other. Customer service is what drives me so if you want to have an OUTSTANDING AND EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE GO TO THE MEMORIAL CITY MALL! I really hope they read my review too! Caucasian girl in the navy blue vertical striped short sleeved sweater is the one that gives the ugly looks and looked at the other Caucasian associate with the disgusted face. I remember because she wore that same outfit the first day I walked in. She may be wearing that too the day you walk in. A light skinned African american associate was the nice one that attended me. I really hope this review helps a lot to those seeking Good service for the amount of money they're going to be spending. Sorry for the long review.
