  I came across their tiktok the other day and they were showing the 72 spring sneakers in the color that I have been wanting since literally last year. After commenting and messaging them, they told me they only had 1 pair left and it was my size! I was so happy especially because I don’t live in Houston but they were able to email me a payment link and get them shipped out to me. Shipping was super fast and they were very communicative throughout the entire process. 10/10 I would definitely shop with them again <3

  10/10 service. I asked to have a new scarf because they only had two in display. They had it overnight in my house, all along the way the team kept me informed with where the piece was. In store they were attentive and were trying to accommodate me on my likes and really helped me look for something that I could purchase, it felt natural and not overly pushy for a sale. Truly great customer service I am so happy I decided to enter the store, more stores in Abu Dhabi need service like this. Thank you

  I had a wonderful experience today during Marc Jacob’s Bark Jacobs event. Epiphany and every person at the store were so kind. Epiphany helped communicate with me and the pet portrait artist what I wanted on my bag and it came out beautiful. I just lost my dog so this means a whole lot. Thank yall so much. Yall have a customer for life!

  Stopped by this morning for an exchange on a bag I had ordered online and received the wrong size Mimi, who assisted me was so helpful. She was kind in greeted me the moment I entered.
