The district manager reached out to me to reconcile the issue. The issue itself was resolved, and the employee was no longer with the company, but that was a really off-putting experience. I was recently in the area for work and decided it wouldn't hurt to stop in and see what they have. I browsed and found a few things to try, and the team was generally warm and welcoming. I ended up making a purchase and chatting with Grace. Grace was so kind and helpful in finding the size I needed. The experience is great, and I plan on returning again. Thanks Grace!
