I went to Lululemon MKT on Sunday morning to get a skirt. I didn’t notice upon trying on the skirt that it had some wrinkles in it. I tried to get the wrinkles out at home and couldn’t, so I ended up going back to the store and asking if I could just exchange the skirt for same size and color and everything just a different one. There wasn’t any more left in my size and the color I wanted on the rack, so the girl at the front desk very kindly checked if they had anymore in stock At all. There were none on the floor so she kindly went & checked the back for me and found another one. I was in a rush and asked if I could Change in the dressing room & wear the skirt out. Before I went into the dressing room The employee working the dressing room section, Marie, Offered to steam the skirt for me to avoid any wrinkles like the last one had. Both the employee at the front desk, I didn’t get her name, and Marie by the dressing room completely went out out of their way and were so kind to me that day when I was in a frantic rush lol. I really appreciate employees that go above and beyond like this. Their small gestures really made my day so much better, thank you guys!

I initially had a few disappointing experiences at this location and decided to share my feedback. Erica, the store manager, personally reached out, listened to my concerns, and completely changed my experience. When I returned, she made me feel incredibly welcomed, seen, and heard. She took the time to understand my style, helped me put together outfits, gave me honest opinions, and genuinely made me feel like she cared about me as a person, not just a customer. By the end, I felt like I had spent time with a friend. How a business responds when something goes wrong says a lot. Erica turned a disappointed customer into one who is genuinely excited to come back to her neighborhood lululemon. She is truly something special! ♥️

The customer service is incredible. They are all kind and patient as you navigate which items makes sense for which workouts. The manager was especially helpful.
