  A clean store with great service. They also have a La La Land Coffee inside. Easy to park as well. Highly recommend!

  The sales rep was excellent , but when I got to the counter the Guy cashier was giving me extremely awkward weird looks EVERYTIME I handed him the Cash to purchase so I said " I'll pay in exact change " he said " we don't take pennies " when he saw me counting out my four pennies so I replied oh ok so I handed him a total of 41:10( a dime ) he took the money in total and then he said " Do u have a nickel it rounds up "I didn't want to argue with him at this point so I handed over a nickel " . At the end of the transaction I asked him " do you know why I place the bills in the center of the counter "? He replied with some weird remark that did not come close to my question so I proceeded " so that the camera can clearly see the denomination of each bill.". He handed my reciept I left . The problem is , if lululemon doesn't understand that when a customer is paying for items if they use cash they shouldn't get any push back from the cashier . Lululemon own video of this encounter would confirm the guy isn't within their company guidelines. And this location is soo sometimes in customer service sometimes the manager stays within guidelines and sometimes the manager gives me push back . I've bought from this location prior and EVERYTIME there's a level of pushback but this is the first at the check out counter .

  As a frequent long time customer, I was disappointed. While on my break from work I decided to go to Lululemon… @ 4007 Westheimer Rd Houston Texas. One of the store manager assisted me with the color & style I like (Pace Breaker Joggers). She brought the pair that I was looking for from the back stock room. She then began to explain to me about the tag wasn’t the original tag, however perfectly fine. I knew my size so I didn’t bother to try them on. A couple of days later I decided to layout my attire for the day which was the joggers. I notices there were a couple of stains on the left mid to upper leg. As shown in the images. So I’m thinking as I’m looking at these joggers..,they were worn (used) :( Yes I returned them back & I stressed to another store manager about integrity that needs to be more practiced.

  Great experience!!! I was in the area after a doctor appointment and I’ve been wanting to try on Lulu for awhile to see what size I would be. We don’t have a store where I’m from and this is the closest to me (2 hours away). When looking up the address, the reviews stopped me. I told my husband “let’s just go home, these reviews say the employees are rude” he talked me into going anyways and so glad we did! We were greeted immediately when we entered, and had several employees ask us if we needed anything. They weren’t overbearing if we said no thanks and when we did needed help, they were there so we didn’t have to look for someone and they were very knowledgeable and so helpful. I believe it was Jenny at the dressing rooms who was an absolute JOY to be around!!! She helped me so much and really knew what she was talking about! I’m a Lulu virgin and definitely needed some guidance. She was so very friendly and made me feel so comfortable and special. In a few weeks when I come back to the area, I’m definitely stopping in again!!! Bummed they didn’t have the black define jacket with gold hardware, but what a minor inconvenience that was made up for by the way we were treated. Definitely a 5 star experience! Give Jenny a raise! She’s a star!!! 😍
