- EMElizabeth MaiAug 10, 20261.0Extremely poor customer service from Mylene at the register. She was condescending, unresponsive, and acted like helping customers was a burden. She offered no greeting, scanned my items in dead silence, and ignored me when I asked if a barcode would work for my account, simply repeating "phone number..." in a monotone voice. She lacks basic retail etiquette and made the experience so unpleasant I almost walked out without buying anything.

We were not able to cool down or buy anything my daughter was looking for in the beauty department. Employees were nice but looked hot themselves! Fans to cool down in store? Please fix this! we usually love this location.
