- CWChristopher Wilson6 days ago1.0I came in shortly after opening the other day looking for a gift. Could not find it in store. Asked multiple staff for help locating the clothes I wanted to buy, and all they did is point. Did not ask anything and were generally rude. Since I could not find it I had to order it online. And have it shipped to the store since I work down the street. Well all day goes by and it was supposed to be there but it seems no one took the time to scan it so now I have to waste my time amd gas, if they scan my purchased item tomorrow. This experience has left me upset wnough that I will no longer shop at jcpenny, in store or online. If I purchase something and it says it is going to be there on a specific day and it is not then that means you lied. And you lose my business. I did it with amazon. And I will do it to jcpenny. I can get the e act same things for cheaper at other stores.

- MMMelissa MejiaSep 6, 20265.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience getting my haircut at JCPenney in Houston, Texas. Charles did an amazing job! He was very professional, friendly, and really took the time to make sure my haircut came out exactly the way I wanted. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely be coming back to see Charles again. Highly recommend him! ✂️😊
- TRthe best reviewerSep 5, 20261.0LAKIESHA, i know you are reading this!!! you are a bully and a horrribleeeee LOD for your employees you are constantly being hypocritical and never sympathetic with your staff and it shows. You are lucky to have such hard working employees even if they don't make friends that you yourself have shown struggle with. They still show up and do THE JOB THEY WERE HIRED FOR... not making "friends" is not an excuse to assume that something is going wrong with their personal lives. You need to take a step back and realize the effect you have on your employees. As a customer it hurts to see employees crying in front of you while I am trying to shop for my children. As a mother this is very shameful and should be changed asap management should provide a little more training for managers who do this. Jaret is a model employee and should be promoted. As a regular Jcpenny shopper who is a friend he is always ready to help a customer. Britannia is also a sweetheart who is a real asset and should be more appreciated. My family has been a regular at Jcpenny for 5ish years so it breaks my heart to see employees being treated based off something they can't control.
