- MHMerna Hanna1 day ago1.0Michelle the store manager needs to invest time to train her cashiers especially customer service checkouts. What’s crazy is I chose to check out at the customer service desk to get better customer service support, but it was absolutely ridiculous. The cashiers are absolutely disgusting in attitude and push you to the side if they’re not able to locate pricing at the service desk basically giving not service. You should take those signs down because they are just basic check out staff and stations. Tjmaxx and ross do a way better job than them. I don’t recommend them. While I was there, the sales associate Dilina was super dismissive even when I helped her locate the code for the bag in her store and database. She was making me wait over 35 minutes to finish other people. She made me stand in line three times because she was that rude and disrespectful. Trash customer service and trash organization and coordination. No apologies, zero customer care, and what you hear is lousy “ I have been here all day”. We all have jobs where work all day…When I asked the manager on duty, she gave me this paper after asking several times for a contact to submit a complaint. No one wears tags or identification which is also extremely poor integrity in a store.
