- SPShrayen Patel5 days ago1.0Terrible customer service. Store management unhelpful regarding a gift return for unworn, unwashed merchandise. Manager on duty was rude and deceptive, acted as if he would assist over the phone then stated the exact opposite after I drove to the store. I believe the manager on duty was Alex.
- QTQuyen TranMay 1, 20265.0Have always shopped online for JC merch, but had a function coming up so needed to visit a brick and mortar. Area is very busy, and parking lot is a mess, because it’s always so crowded. Store is very organized and clean , and having a great selection for a factory store. A thank you to Alexander who was a great help in helping us get fitted as well ordering online so that everything would be delivered on time. Great service , he even helped apply coupons and codes so we would get the best price. We were so happy with the suit that we bought another once the first had been delivered. Fabric was soft and very high quality. JC has never disappointed offering top quality clothes for prices that are very reasonable.

The way that every piece she picked out, fit me perfectly was pure talent because I wasn’t sure of my sizing as this was my first time shopping J. Crew. I wanted to find new clothes to make me feel comfortable and she shopped for me and picked out so many styles that I ended up loving. The other young lady was so kind too, I wish I knew her name! Overall, the experience was amazing and I live on the north side of town but will happily drive back out to this location for their friendly and personable service! It was a blast and I got so many fabulous pieces for myself and my family!
