  The book lover in me was completely satisfied after my visit to Half Price Books! I bought a few books - some I went in for and some that were clearly waiting for me to find them. The first thing that got my attention was the condition of the books. They’re in really good shape. Some used bookstores make me feel like I can’t wait to leave just so I can wash my hands Not here. The books are clean, organized really well section by section, and easy to browse. I went with my daughters and we had such a good time wandering the isles together. They also buy your previously loved books and (if you still have any) DVD’s. If you love books and enjoy the thrill of finding unexpected gems, you’ll enjoy your visit here.

  Very disappointing. I went to get a gift card for my nieces birthday and they have signs up everywhere saying $25 gift card gets a $5 bonus which I confirmed prior to buying. After purchasing the cashier walks off to get the bonus card and comes back telling me she has no more and the promo ended 2 weeks earlier.

  I first learned about Half Price Books as a freshman in college in the 80's and have been a fan since then. I hope there will always be book stores and libraries.
