  I want to shout out two of the workers that helped me when I visited this location a few weeks ago- Caroline and Rheanna. I went to ask about two pairs of earrings I had some issues with. One pair I had lost the back of the earring and it was a very specific type of earring back so I wanted to see if I could pay for a replacement. The second pair were huggies with clasps that had gotten very loose and were slipping out, and I came in just hopeful that they’d be able to tighten in but with absolutely no expectations. Safe to say, they overly delivered on both accounts! They replaced the one that had the missing back and shipped me a new pair of the huggies! I was literally in shock! This proves just how much gorjana cares about product integrity and the customer experience! The ladies were also so kind and worked hard to make sure I left happy. I love all my gorjana pieces even more now after this experience, and they’ll surely be getting my business this coming holiday season 🤭

  I want to give a shout out to Megan at this Heights store for taking such good care of my needs. She is kind, patient and understanding. She knows the products well and made great suggestions! I have told my friends to come to this store which is well located with free parking! Thank you 😊

  Walked in and the woman working was assisting someone else. Obviously, no problem with that! However, she didn’t acknowledge me and the person I was with… ever. Not a “hello” or “I’ll be with you shortly”. We walked around and then sat down for 7-10 minutes. During this time, another associate came out and checked in on the woman working. Even this woman didn’t acknowledge me and the person I was with. She walked right past, didn’t look at us, and went into a back room. I really don’t understand what happened.
