  Thank you Molly!!! The experience was wonderful. My son needed men’s size shorts and I was uncertain of the best fit. You were very helpful and nice. You made our shopping trip easy and very pleasant. It was so great to meet you.

  The overall experience as a first time customer was great. The staff members were respectful and very helpful throughout the entire process. However when I unpackaged the uniforms I noticed two big NO-NOs! One, the stitching on the back of the cardigan was exposed. Secondly, the Peter Pan blouse had two holes punched into the sleeves. For the price of these child clothing items, I expect better quality and consideration when manufacturing/packing your products.

  Paid a lot of money for uniforms. Waited a while for shipping. Nobody answers the phone. When you do talk to customer service, they can’t provide any information on your specific number. We finally get our expensive uniforms. We cut the tags and the clothes are full of holes from the tags they put on them. Ridiculous.

  The store can feel quite overwhelming for first-time visitors, but the staff do their best to guide you through everything and help you find what you need. I appreciated their assistance while trying to navigate the selection. I had my son try on a few items in-store to check the fit, and then decided to place an online order so I wouldn’t feel rushed into making the wrong choice. Unfortunately, the pants I ordered for $45 arrived today and were very disappointing. There were loose threads coming out all over, and the stitching looked very poor—almost like something you would expect from a fast-fashion site like SHEIN. For the price, I expected much better quality. Even Gap and Old Navy have noticeably better stitching and overall construction. It’s really a shame, as I was hoping for a better experience. Overall, I’m definitely disappointed with the purchase.

  I never fail to be impressed by the kind, helpful and friendly staff every time we shop here. It is always a pleasant experience, whether we are shopping for a full set of uniform components or just picking up a single item. I could not be happier with the experience.
