  Fendi Houston Galleria — Disappointing Customer Service Experience I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received from the Fendi store at The Galleria in Houston. I have shopped with Fendi before and previously had great experiences, which is why the treatment I’ve received recently has been so disappointing. On my recent visits, I did not feel welcomed, valued, or treated like a customer who was genuinely appreciated. The interactions felt cold, rushed, and dismissive rather than the elevated and attentive service I would expect from a luxury brand. Most recently, I had a belt being serviced and received a text that simply said, “Hi, your belt is ready for pick up.” While that may seem minor by itself, after the poor service I had already experienced in the store, it was another example of the lack of warmth and professionalism I have encountered. When customers choose to spend their money with a luxury brand like Fendi, the experience should match the reputation and price point of the brand. I should not have to repeatedly question why I am being treated differently or feel as though my business is an inconvenience. This is especially disappointing because I know Fendi is capable of providing excellent service—I have experienced it before. Unfortunately, the customer service at this particular location has made me seriously reconsider shopping here in the future. I will be speaking with management when I pick up my belt because I believe this experience needs to be addressed. Luxury is not just about the product; it is also about how customers are treated, and my recent experiences at the Houston Galleria location have fallen far below that standard.   Beautiful chic store. I was helped by a sales associate named Brandon which was super helpful and patient and showed me and explained all the different bags I was interested in. Definitly a good store to shop from and I will be going back whenever im wanting good service and a good bag.

  When you go ask for Ashley! She has impeccable taste, deep knowledge of the brand and fashion, plus she’s an excellent conversationalist!

  Julia is the best! She helped me find exactly what I was looking for & even ordered some hard to get items. I would definitely recommend stopping by. Super helpful & sweet. In fact the whole staff is great. Love shopping here. 😄
