Amy was super polite and professional when I booked my rental. What she quoted me for was exactly what I paid. I’ve had party rentals from other companies in the past and I’ve had bad luck with having them cancel on me or arriving late after the party has started. Not Famous Moonwalks, they’re delivery guys arrived with plenty of time to spare. I’m definitely going to rent from them again!

Does the price include set up and delivery?
Yes, setup and delivery are included in the price. However, additional fees may be charged for locations that are further away. Please note that prices do not include sales tax. Table and chair rentals are delivered stacked.
Do you deliver to other cities?
Yes, we deliver to other cities. Please be aware that travel fees can be substantial due to rising fuel costs and the potential need for additional trucks and labor. Contact our office for a current delivery quote.
Does the standard 6 hour rental time include your set up time?
No, the rental time does not include setup. We arrive early to complete the setup, ensuring you have the full rental period available for your event.
When do you set up?
Setup timing depends on our rental schedule for that day. Typically, we arrive 30 minutes prior to the rental start time. On busier days with multiple rentals, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If early setup is necessary, we'll call the Friday before your event to confirm someone will be available at the party location.
We've rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
No, our inflatables are always delivered clean. Famous Moonwalks Party Rentals thoroughly cleans and disinfects all equipment after each rental.
Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
Yes, the unit must remain plugged in throughout the rental period. A continuous air blower keeps the inflatable properly inflated. When unplugged, the unit will deflate. This is why we require an electrical outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. We provide our own heavy-duty extension cords to prevent circuit breaker issues.
What about parks?
We currently do not provide service to parks.
What payments do you take?
We accept cash or credit cards. If paying with cash, please have exact change available, as our drivers do not carry cash.
What if we need to cancel?

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, all orders require a $50 credit card deposit. This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 8 days before your rental date. Cancellations made between 2-7 days prior to your rental will receive a rain check valid for one year.
