I brought in an item for return that was past the 30-day window, but it was brand new and still had the tags attached. What made this experience unacceptable was not just the return policy, but the horrible customer service. The store manager at the Houston Galleria location was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Her attitude was nasty from the start, and she showed no basic courtesy or willingness to help. No customer deserves to be treated with such disrespect. This experience only confirmed what people say—you truly get what you pay for.
