- SSSabrina Savage4 days ago1.0What in the world do they have going on in this store?! The checkout line was held up because the employees are ringing up items for employees. They call for backup and the backup is clearly not in the mood to help. (I see why) The employees are dressed as if they work in a 2nd hand store. ( I was confused as to who worked there or not) Not your typical “Express” experience. I remember a completely different atmosphere and loved it. Absolute downgraded the Express-Galleria with this new crew.

I brought in an item for return that was past the 30-day window, but it was brand new and still had the tags attached. What made this experience unacceptable was not just the return policy, but the horrible customer service. The store manager at the Houston Galleria location was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Her attitude was nasty from the start, and she showed no basic courtesy or willingness to help. No customer deserves to be treated with such disrespect. This experience only confirmed what people say—you truly get what you pay for.
