  Placed an order for Father's Day to be delivered, only received partial order. The rest of the order was never delivered and the store will not take responsibility for their non delivery. Therefore, they stole our money and do not want to return the money. Will not order from this store again. If the store is hard up for money, they shouldn't be in business. I should have read reviews before making a purchase at this store. Awful store.

  My husband purchased a dozen and a half chocolate covered strawberries online that were to be delivered for my birthday. The first issue we encountered was the delivery time was pushed back twice due to the driver not coming in on time. Therefore, I decided to pick up the order at the location as I had other plans and couldn’t wait around at home all day. Upon arriving at the store and receiving the order, I opened the boxes in store due to a previous bad experience. The strawberries were extremely small and completely unacceptable for the amount of money paid for the order. When I questioned the cashier about the size, she acknowledged the small size and repeatedly stated “that’s just how we receive them”. If Edible opts to accept and pay for poor quality fruit from their vendors that’s their prerogative but I will not accept nor pay for a subpar product. I refused the order and requested a refund in which the cashier advised she’d need managers approval. 10 mins after leaving, the cashier called back and asked if I’d be open to coming back and the strawberries being remade. She’d already advised they only received small strawberries so of course I don’t want more of the same thing. I called back the next day to inquire about the status of the refund and was advised the manager denied the refund. Therefore, I will be disputing charge with my bank as the product never left their store. Don’t waste your time with this location. Find an Edible Arrangements location that stands by their work and delivers quality product. Unfortunately , this isn’t one of those locations.

  To be honest I don't know who took care of my order but what I would like to say is that this store is awesome! I placed an online order yesterday to be delivered today before 11:00 Am ( the person I wanted to be delivered to gets off from work at 11am) I did specify that on the order. I did not speak with anyone. Just placed the other and left them a message saying if possible to be delivered before 11🙈 The friend that I placed this order for received it on time👏👏 Thank you guys!! 10 stars out of 5. She loved it and I am so pleased with this purchase,. I recommend this store!.

  I am deeply disappointed by the experience I had with Edible Arrangements during a time that should have been handled with much more care, compassion, and professionalism. This order was placed to support a grieving coworker, so it was not just another delivery. It was meant to offer comfort, love, and thoughtfulness during an already painful and emotional time. Instead, what was delivered caused embarrassment, frustration, and even more stress. The first order did not look like what was originally purchased, and when an attempt was made to correct the issue, the replacement that was sent out was somehow even worse, containing dead flowers that should have never been approved for delivery in the first place. I am honestly shocked that something in that condition was looked at, accepted, and still sent to someone who was already dealing with grief. What makes this even more upsetting is the lack of thought and care behind it all. In moments like these, details matter. Quality matters. Effort matters. And most importantly, basic compassion matters. To send out something so visibly unacceptable for a sympathy delivery shows a serious lack of judgment and attention to what this occasion truly meant. This experience did not just leave me unsatisfied as a customer. It left me embarrassed, disappointed, and sorry that my coworker received something that added more stress to an already heartbreaking situation instead of bringing comfort. At a time when kindness should have been at the center of everything, this company failed badly.
