  Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My boyfriend ordered a birthday delivery, and from the start it was a disaster. No delivery time was confirmed, the driver Khan asked for extra money through a separate payment app, and my parents even tried picking it up only to find the store closed at 1 PM despite hours saying 2 PM. The next day, I waited ALL DAY for a promised 3 pm delivery, only for the time to keep getting pushed back. Khan eventually yelled at me, said he’d come “when he had time,” told me to cancel, and hung up. The owner (Mark) later asked us not to cancel and blamed staffing issues. Completely unprofessional. The other reviews show this is clearly an ongoing problem. They desperately need to fix their delivery system and customer service. Never ordering here again.

  I ordered a birthday delivery for my brother-in-law and paid to have it delivered to his apartment door. Unfortunately, that’s not what happened. The driver left the order at the front desk/lobby instead of delivering it to the apartment. When my brother-in-law told me nothing had arrived, I called the store. The driver first claimed someone had taken the order from him. Later, he claimed he had knocked on the apartment door and called the recipient. Neither of those things happened. The phone number on the order was correct, my brother-in-law never received a call, and no one knocked on his door. What disappointed me the most was how the store handled the situation. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or apologizing, the employee put the driver on speakerphone with me on the line. They were defensive, dismissive, and far more interested in justifying what happened than helping a paying customer. My brother-in-law eventually had to go downstairs and retrieve the gift himself, defeating the entire purpose of paying for delivery. To top it off, the cupcake inside the arrangement was upside down. I understand that mistakes happen, but lying about attempting a delivery and showing zero concern for the customer is unacceptable. I paid for a birthday surprise to be delivered to his door, not abandoned in a lobby. I won’t be ordering from this location again, and I wouldn’t recommend it if you expect reliable delivery or decent customer service.

  This location did an amazing job!! I ordered the day before and they delivered the items early. The products were beautiful, but the flowers were just a little wilted. Special thanks to the female employee I spoke with who was very nice and Fazal who called me to let me know when he delivered the items. You made my daughter's day very special!
