  If I could give 0 I would. Completely messed up an order that was meant as a birthday surprise and never even delivered even though it was supposed to be delivered early in the day. The customer service representative I discussed with early in the day seemed annoyed. Do not rely on this business for any occasion.

  If my happiness is 100% guaranteed, then this place has some work to do. First the delivery date had to be switched due to a power issue. Fine. No problem there. But then I never received notice that the order had been delivered. Most importantly, THE BALLOON WASN'T INCLUDED with the fruit arrangement. It was a smiley face balloon and an important part of the post-surgery gift for the recipient. I called the Rice Blvd, Houston, location on Saturday. No answer. Left message. Then I filled out an online form. I received an automated message that my note had been received. I received no other contact--no apology via email or phone--and had to call AGAIN TODAY to find out that the cost of the balloon had been refunded. THEY SHOULD HAVE OFFERED TO DELIVER IT WITH AN ADDITIONAL SOMETHING AS AN APOLOGY. One more thing. The website asks for a tip when placing the order online. So glad I didn't leave one. WHY WOULD SOMEONE WANT TO TIP BEFORE THEY KNOW WHAT THE SERVICE WAS LIKE??????

  I visited this store today, arriving at 2:54 PM, six minutes before the posted closing time of 3:00 PM. The young salesperson refused to help me, saying she had already closed her register. I understand I arrived close to closing, but posted business hours should be honored — customers plan their trips around them. If a store says it closes at 3:00, people rely on that; if it actually closes earlier, they'd rather not waste the drive at all. She was also unpleasant and unhelpful in her manner. Several other customers arrived in that same final stretch before closing — perhaps that's why she decided to cut things short.
